Ajna which is known as the guru chakra or third-eye chakra is one of the most important sixth primary chakra in the body. A balanced third-eye chakra lets us see clearly, focus, and trust our own intuitions. The chakra’s energy stems from our purpose, ability to grow, and desire to constantly learn. Physically, supporting the frontal sinuses, ears and eyes, an imbalance in this chakra may cause headaches, blurry vision, tension and sleep disturbances.

Foods to feed it with: Purple kale, purple grapes, purple cabbage, eggplant, and purple carrot and purple cabbage. Cocoa, rich in flavonoids and boosts serotonin which helps in relieving stress and inflammation. These foods help to regain focus. Spices like poppy seeds are also best for this chakra.
