Binging on such sweet treats can easily hamper your health goals while taking you closer to various health ailments. The empty calories present in the sugary foods are the major culprit that leads to holiday weight during the festivities. But if you want to celebrate this Christmas more healthily then we have some interesting ideas that you can follow. These funny and exciting ways will definitely help you in making the Christmas air merrier but in a nutritious and healthy way.

  • Ditch the refined sugar: Refined sugar is the major centrepiece when it comes to Christmas celebrations. From cakes to candies to chocolates- all of these are filled with heavily refined sugar and can hamper your health goals like nothing else. Refined sugar does not contain any nutrients and rather, it only increases the intake of calorie with every bite.
