  • Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 plays an important role in the production of red blood cells and DNA. If you are deficit in Vitamin B12, your body will start becoming weak and you will constantly feel tired. The deficiency of this vitamin disturbs with the production of red blood cells which can further hamper the transference of oxygen inside the body and leads to weakness, tiredness and low energy levels. Fish, meat, egg and cereals are rich in Vitamin B12.
  • Vitamin D: Vitamin D is one of the crucial vitamins that help in the effective functioning of the body. Vitamin D is responsible for building bones and teeth and also contributes to the ideal working of the immune system. Various studies have also supported the fact that Vitamin D can lead to tiredness. Consuming sunlight is one of the best ways to get this Vitamin. Other than this, you can also incorporate Vitamin D rich natural foods like salmon, egg yolks, mushrooms and fortified foods.
  • Vitamin C: Vitamin C is crucial in boosting the immune system and it also plays a vital role in deciding your skin and hair health. Deficiency of Vitamin C can lead to tiredness and low energy levels. Low levels of Vitamin C in the body can hamper the functioning of RCBs that can lead to weakness as well. Try to incorporate citrus rich fruits like kiwi, papaya, strawberries, pineapple, lemon and oranges to get the high dosage of Vitamin C.
