Though there a lot of things to love about this season still we cannot deny that the increased risk of seasonal infections like cold, flu and the humidity it brings- is a great spoiler of this season. A healthy and nutritious diet is a pre-requisite in this season but in addition to that, you can also incorporate some healthy drinks in your diet to enhance your immunity and to beat the humidity and laziness. Besides this, these drinks are quite soothing and refreshing and can easily be prepared in just a few minutes and can spruce up your mood and health like nothing else.

- Litchi ginger blend: This drink is equally tasty and refreshing and all you need just 3 ingredients to prepare this recipe. Ginger is well-known for its medicinal properties and litchi is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C and other essential nutrients and together they can easily boost your immune system while keeping the digestive issues at bay. All you have to do is squeeze out some litchi and ginger juice and blend it well together. Once done, use mint leaves to garnish it and serve.
