HONEY CINNAMON ROASTED SWEET POTATO CUBES:

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sweet potato
2 teaspoon honey
Salt as per taste
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon olive oil
PROCEDURE:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrades and grease the baking tray. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes.
In a bowl, add honey, cinnamon powder, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix them properly.
Add the sweet potato cubes and mix it properly until the cubes are completely coated with the spices.
Put all the cubes on the baking tray and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
Once the sweet potatoes are completely baked, take the tray out.
Serve the sweet potato cubes hot and enjoy.
