You must have binged on dry fruits coated with chocolate but these jaggery almonds indeed make for a healthier snack.

Jaggery is loaded with iron and is rich in zinc and selenium, aiding digestion. Almonds are rich in Vitamin E, fiber, and antioxidants and help in bone-building. Both of them provide instant energy to the body.

- ½ cup Almonds
- ¾ cup jaggery
- A pinch of salt

Method:
- First, roast the almonds really well.
- Then in a pan, melt jaggery and put almonds.
