Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Oats
- 1 Small Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Small Grated Carrot
- 50 Grams of Crumbled Paneer
- 2 Tsp. Oil
- ½ Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Small Chilli Chopped
- ½ Tsp. Garam Masala
- ¼ Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl, add roasted oats, mashed potatoes, grated carrot, crumbled paneer, ginger garlic paste, chili, garam masala, chili powder, and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well and form the dough.
- Pull out small portions and prepare the circular tikkis.
- Heat a pan, and brush with some oil. Place the tikkis and let them cook until golden brown and crisp.
- Then flip on the other side until it cooks. When brown from both sides, they are ready to be served with your favorite chutney.
