Roti Garlic Bites

Often for snacking we indulge in packaged and processed foods. Roti Garlic Bites are the best replacements for packaged unhealthy chips. Garlic makes it flavorsome and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 Leftover Rotis
  • 2-3 Garlic Pods
  • 1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Butter

Method

  • Heat pan, add oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and red chili and give it a mix.
  • Take the leftover rotis and cut them into small pieces. Spread them on the baking tray.
  • On it drizzle the garlic & spice mixture. And bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until it turns crisps.
  • Serve them hot or wait for them to come to room temperature.
