Vegan Oats Ladoo

Having a healthy mid meal snack is not difficult anymore. You will not need to eat anything processed or unhealthy anymore. Just grab one and go.

INGREDIENTS 

  1. 1 cup rolled oats
  2. 4 to 5 moist and soft dates
  3. 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  4. 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

PROCEDURE

  1. Put the oats in a grind and blend it.
  2. Add dates, maple syrup and cinnamon powder and make a sticky dough. 
  3. Transfer the mixture to a plate.
  4. Take small portion of the dough and roll it into balls
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top and enjoy.

This is a fantastic snack that you definitely need to try.
