5 Minute Berry Bowl

A 5-minute berry bowl is a great way of adding berries to your diet if you are not into eating them as fruit. This berry bowl is healthy, delicious and makes a healthy breakfast, snack, or light dessert.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams strawberries
  • 40 grams blueberries
  • 40 grams blackberries
  • 40 grams banana (sliced)
  • 60 grams yogurt
  • 50 ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Procedure:

  • Take a blender and add all the ingredients to it to form a smooth consistency. Keep some strawberries aside for garnishing.
  • Garnish with chia seeds and sliced strawberries.
  • Serve chilled!
