5 Minute Berry Bowl

A 5-minute berry bowl is a great way of adding berries to your diet if you are not into eating them as fruit. This berry bowl is healthy, delicious and makes a healthy breakfast, snack, or light dessert.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 40 grams strawberries
- 40 grams blueberries
- 40 grams blackberries
- 40 grams banana (sliced)
- 60 grams yogurt
- 50 ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Procedure:
- Take a blender and add all the ingredients to it to form a smooth consistency. Keep some strawberries aside for garnishing.
- Garnish with chia seeds and sliced strawberries.
- Serve chilled!
