Apple Orange Salad

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams apples, cored and diced
  • 200 grams oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 30 grams roughly chopped walnuts
  • 30 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and orange segments.
  • In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
