Apple-pear fruit roll ups are an awesome way to start your meal. They are healthy and easy to prepare combined with the goodness of fruits to offer you with amazing taste and ample benefits.

  • 30 grams pears
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

Method:

  • Firstly, preheat the oven to 150 degree Celsius and cover with parchment paper.
  • Secondly, in a blender combine sugar, lemon juice, apple, pear and blend until smooth.
  • Now spread this mixture evenly on the parchment paper.
  • Bake for 5 to 6 hours. When the fruit mixture is dry, roll them up and store in the refrigerator.
