Apricot balls are healthy, delicious and nutrient dense balls made with the goodness of apricot, figs and oats. At this point of time, when we all are quarantined this is the best homemade dessert that we can have at any point of time with the most convenient and accessible ingredients.

Oats are highly rich in carbohydrate and fiber content thereby helping in better digestion and keeps you full for a longer period of time. Apples are highly rich in antioxidants, flavonoids and dietary fiber. Apples contain phytonutrients and antioxidants which are helpful in reducing the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes and heart problems. Apricots are rich in vitamin A, potassium and antioxidant levels.
Ingredients:
- 15 grams Apricots (dried)
- 5 grams Figs
- 20 grams oats
- 10 grams Apple
- 5 grams almonds
- Pinch of cardamom powder

Method:
- Firstly, soak almonds and dry figs separately in hot water for a few minutes.
- Chop fresh apple, dried apricots, soaked figs and almonds into pieces.
- Add rolled oats along with finely chopped ingredients into a blender.
- Blend the mixture to form a coarse paste.
- Make balls from this mixture and serve or store them in the airtight container.
