This Avocado and Papaya Salad is a refreshing and creamy combination with tropical flavors. For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams diced papaya
- 100 grams diced avocado
- 50 grams thinly sliced cucumber
- 30 grams sliced red onion
- 10 grams chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced papaya, avocado, cucumber, red onion, and chopped mint leaves.
