Baked artichokes with lime

Ingredients –
- 30 grams of Artichokes
- 1tbs lime juice
- 20 grams spring onion
- 10 grams peas
- 10 grams of broad beans
- Coriander to garnish
- Salt and pepper as per taste
Method –
- Cut the artichokes to reveal their white core and squeeze some lime juice over them and set aside.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan and add spring onions into it.
- Sautee these onions until they become golden brownish in colour. Now add peas and beans and add salt and pepper
- On the other side place the artichokes in the preheated oven at 400-degree Celsius.
- Now put these baked artichokes into that mixture and stir.
- Add salt, pepper and other seasonings as per taste. You can also squeeze some more lemon juice if desired.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
