Ingredients
- 20 grams oats flour
- 10 grams yogurt
- 1 egg
- 20 grams banana (mashed)
- 5 grams walnuts
- 1/4th teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 5 grams oil

Method
- Take a large bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, oil, vanilla essence and honey.
- Then add oats flour, mashed banana, baking soda, walnuts and salt.
- Gently combine by using the cut and fold method.
- Add water if needed to adjust consistency.
- Now take a nonstick pan and pour the batter into it.
- Cook for 2 minutes and then flip when you see bubbles foaming around the edges of pancakes.
- Serve along with fresh fruits.
