Nutritional Benefits
Banana is rich in potassium and manganese. Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants and also in minerals like iron, magnesium and zinc whereas Jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like iron, zinc and selenium.
Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate – 1 cup
- 1 teaspoon Jaggery powder
- 1/4th teaspoon Salt
- 1 Banana
- 2-3 teaspoon Peanut butter

Method
- Firstly melt dark chocolate in the microwave, add a spoon full of melted chocolate in a silicon cupcake liner. Spread chocolate on the edges.
- Keep it in the fridge to set.
- Meanwhile add banana, jaggery powder, salt & peanut butter to a blender jar process until you get a smooth texture.
- Remove the moulds from the fridge, fill it with peanut butter mixture, leaving enough room to add layer of chocolate on top. Flatten out the mixture and put it back in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Remove it from fridge and put a layer of melted chocolate on top. Let it set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- De-mould and serve
