It is a delicious drink that helps in lowering high BP and is one of the healthiest juice recipes.
Ingredients:
- 50 grams chopped carrots
- 1 Lemon
- 50 grams beetroot
- Few mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- Black salt as per taste
- Jeera powder bhuna as per taste

Method:
- Mix carrot, beetroot, ginger, and mint with 1/2 teaspoon black salt and jeera powder and squeeze some lemon.
