Beetroot Bash

It is a delicious drink that helps in lowering high BP and is one of the healthiest juice recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams chopped carrots
  • 1 Lemon
  • 50 grams beetroot
  • Few mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • Black salt as per taste
  • Jeera powder bhuna as per taste

Method:
