Beets Glowing Smoothie

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 1 medium beetroot (approx. 150 grams)
- 1 medium carrot (approx. 100 grams)
- 1 medium apple (approx. 150 grams)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 30 grams spinach leaves
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 inch ginger
- Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure:
- Peel and chop the beetroot and carrot into small pieces.
- Core and chop the apple.
- Wash and chop the spinach.
- In a blender, combine the beetroot, carrot, apple, spinach, and almond milk.
- Add the lemon juice and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth. If you like, add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately to enjoy its fresh taste and maximum nutrient benefits.
