Basil Chia Cooler

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 15 grams fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 200 grams cucumber
- 1 small lemon
- 500 ml coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Procedure:
- Soak the chia seeds in 1 cup of water for about 15 minutes, or until they become gel-like in consistency.
- Peel and chop the cucumber. Blend it with the basil leaves until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber-basil mixture, soaked chia seeds, lemon juice and coconut water.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir well. Serve immediately for a refreshing and cooling drink.
