Beet Heart-Healthy Juice

Beet Heart Healthy Juice is a vibrant and nourishing drink that combines the earthy sweetness of beets with the crispness of carrots and apples. Infused with a hint of ginger and a splash of lemon juice, this juice is not only refreshing but also packed with nutrients. It’s a delightful way to enjoy a healthful blend that supports heart health and revitalizes the body.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams peeled and chopped beets
  • 100 grams peeled and chopped carrots
  • 100 grams chopped apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger
  • 2 cups water

Procedure:

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the beets, carrots, apples, and ginger.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped beets, carrots, apples, ginger, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Prefer with the pulp. If without, then use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain the juice into a jug, discarding the pulp.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice to enhance the flavor and increase vitamin C content.
    Pour the juice into glasses, and serve immediately.
