Dry Fruit Milkshake

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 300 ml almond milk/ milk
- 20 grams (8 – 10) almonds
- 20 grams (8 – 10) cashews
- 20 grams (5 – 6) walnuts
- 10 grams (8 – 10) pistachios
- 10 grams raisins
- 10 grams (3 – 4) dates
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
Procedure:
- Soak the almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, raisins, and dates in warm water for about 30 minutes. This will make them softer and easier to blend.
- In a blender, add the soaked dry fruits along with 300 ml of milk.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a little more milk.
- Add cardamom powder to the blender and blend again until well mixed.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately. You can also chill it in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
