Papaya contains a good amount of antioxidants and is good in vitamins helping heart diseases. Rolled oats are good I fibre and give a feeling of satiety, flaxseeds on the other side good in omega 3 fats and rich in dietary fibre.
Ingredients:
- 50 grams papaya
- 10 grams of rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1 glass water
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Chopped nuts for garnishing

Method:
- Add in all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour it into the glass and top with chopped nuts
