Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

These Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles are a delightful and healthy treat, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Made with fresh blueberries, creamy yogurt, and the natural sweetness of banana, these popsicles are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams fresh blueberries
- 200 grams plain yogurt
- 1 ripe mashed banana (approximately 100 grams)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries, yogurt, mashed banana, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, leaving some blueberry pieces for texture if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion when freezing.
- If using wooden sticks, insert them into the molds after about 30-60 minutes of freezing (when the mixture is firm enough to hold them upright).
- Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles. Enjoy immediately
