Banana Walnut Pancakes

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams (3 medium sized) mashed bananas
- 15 grams chopped walnuts
- 30 grams whole wheat flour
- 30 grams oats flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran
- 75 ml almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Procedure:
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Add ½ cup of water and whisk well till no lumps remain.
- Heat a non stick tawa, pour a portion of the batter into a 100mm(4″) diameter thick circle.
- Put ½ tsp ghee on the edges and cook each pancake on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour on both the sides.
- Repeat steps 3, 4 to make 5 more pancakes.
