Chicken Sandwich

This Grilled Chicken and Veggie Sandwich is a delicious and hearty option perfect for main meals of the day. Tender pieces of cooked chicken breast are mixed with a medley of fresh vegetables, yogurt, and mustard sauce, creating a flavourful and creamy filling. The mixture is then placed between slices of multigrain or sourdough bread, grilled to perfection, and topped with crisp lettuce leaves. The result is a satisfying and wholesome sandwich that’s packed with taste and nutrients.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of multigrain bread or sourdough bread
- 200 grams cooked chicken breast
- 80 grams plain yoghurt
- 5- 6 chopped olives
- 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
- 2 -3 lettuce leaves
- 30 grams sliced onion
- 20 grams sliced yellow and red bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Take the cooked chicken, cut it into pieces. Add all the vegetables except lettuce to it and mix them well.
- To this add plain yoghurt, mustard sauce, coriander leaves and salt and pepper for taste.
Then transfer this mixture in between two bread and gently press them well
Then grill the sandwich. - Add the lettuce leaves between the breads and filling and serve the sandwich.
