Mango Smoothie Bowl

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 120 grams (4 small) bananas, sliced, frozen
  • 180 grams (2 medium) mangoes, sliced, frozen
  • 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 grams natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 8 – 10 almonds

Procedure:

  • In a blender, add the frozen fruits, almond milk and yoghurt and churn it into a smooth, thick and creamy mixture.
  • Put in a serving bowl.
  • Serve with chia seeds and almond flakes on top.
