Mushroom Egg Wraps

This Egg and Mushroom Wrap is a delightful and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavours of sautéed vegetables and tender mushrooms with a perfectly cooked egg. This versatile and satisfying wrap is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, offering a delicious way to enjoy a variety of nutritious ingredients in one meal.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams sliced mushrooms
- 20 grams sliced capsicum
- 20 grams sliced tomatoes
- 20 grams sliced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic, and onion until they turn brown in color.
Now, add capsicum followed by tomato followed by mushrooms, and spices. - Mix well and let it cook till the mushrooms are tender. Put the mixture aside once it is cooked.
Break an egg into a pan and let it cook on one side. - Once cooked, flip it to the other side, put the mushroom filling and roll it into a wrap and serve.
