Nourishing Acai Bowl

Acai bowl is super refreshing and nourishing and is packed with goodness of fruits, oats and acai making it filling for breakfast, its is naturally sweetened to curb your sugar cravings at the same time.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams greek yogurt
- 90 grams chopped apple
- 100 grams clopped banana
- 13 – 15 pieces of frozen strawberries
- 13 – 15 pieces of frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Procedure:
- In a blender, make the puree from the berries and keep it aside.
- Then in another blender, combine the apple, banana and yogurt
- Blend until well-combined and fluid.
- Divide the smoothie between two large bowls.
- After adding the appropriate toppings, serve your smoothie bowls.
