A Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl is a fantastic way to start your day with fruity flavours and a healthy dose of nutrients. This satisfying breakfast option combines the goodness of strawberries, oats, and other nutritious ingredients, all blended together into a creamy and delicious bowl. It’s visually appealing and provides a well-rounded balance of carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, and minerals to fuel your body and keep you energised throughout the morning.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams (20 medium-sized) strawberries (fresh)
- 150 grams (3 medium sized) frozen bananas broken into pieces
- 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 60 grams rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 4 -5 walnuts and 4 – 5 almonds
Procedure:
- In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, rolled oats, ripe banana and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well blended.
- Once the mixture has a smooth consistency, pour it into a bowl.
- Top it with chia seeds and few pieces of sliced bananas and strawberries.
