Ingredients:
- 4 slices (80 grams) of whole wheat bread

- 200 grams avocados, diced
- 70 grams red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Toast the slices of whole wheat bread until crispy.
