Carrot Orange Smoothie

Enjoy a refreshing and nutritious smoothie with this delightful blend of carrots, oranges, and bananas. Simply blend all the ingredients until smooth, and serve chilled over ice for a revitalizing drink.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams (2 medium sized) carrots
  • 200 grams (1 big) orange
  • 50 grams (1 small) banana
  • 2 inches ginger
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds powder
  • Ice

Procedure:

  • Peel and chop carrots and oranges.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz it until smooth. Add ½ cup of water if the consistency is too thick.
  • And serve fresh!
