For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams (2 medium sized) carrots
- 200 grams (1 big) orange
- 50 grams (1 small) banana
- 2 inches ginger
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds powder
- Ice
Procedure:
- Peel and chop carrots and oranges.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz it until smooth. Add ½ cup of water if the consistency is too thick.
- And serve fresh!
