Choco Avocado Mousse

This Choco Avocado Mousse is a smooth and rich treat that brings together the creamy texture of avocado with the deep, indulgent flavor of cocoa. Naturally sweetened with banana, this dessert is a healthy way to satisfy chocolate cravings.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams peeled and pitted avocado
- 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50 ml milk
- 100 grams mashed ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5-6 chopped almonds for garnish
Procedure:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cocoa powder, almond milk, mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
- Process the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with a little more milk if needed.
- Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and chill for at least 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped almonds before serving.
