Chocolate Chia Pudding is a rich and creamy dessert that’s both indulgent and nutritious. With the deep flavor of cocoa and the unique texture of chia seeds, this pudding makes for a satisfying treat that you can enjoy guilt-free.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 30 grams chia seeds
- 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 15 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Method:
- In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Pour in the almond milk and vanilla extract. Add the honey for sweetness.
- Whisk the mixture thoroughly to ensure there are no clumps of cocoa or chia seeds.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like texture.
- Stir the pudding before serving. You can top it with fresh fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for added flavor.
