Cinnamon Apple Fruit Squares

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 1 medium finely chopped apple (about 120 grams)
- 60 grams oats
- 30 grams whole wheat flour
- 1 small mashed banana (about 60 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the mashed banana, coconut oil, and chopped apple to the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick, sticky batter forms.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Press down to smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
- Let it cool, then cut into squares and serve.
