Cinnamon-Mint Tea

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves or 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 slices of fresh lemon
Procedure:
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Once the water reaches a boil, add the cinnamon stick. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the dried mint leaves or fresh mint leaves to the saucepan. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat. - Remove the cinnamon stick and strain the tea into cups. Add lemon slices if using.
- Serve warm and enjoy the soothing flavours of cinnamon and mint.
