For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 300 ml milk
- 50 grams peeled and finely grated cooked beetroot
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- A pinch of ground cardamom
Procedure:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.
- Add the grated beetroot or beetroot powder to the milk. Stir well to combine.
Incorporate Spices: - Add the ground cinnamon, and if using, ground nutmeg and cardamom. Stir to combine.
