Corn Queso

Corn Queso is an amazing dish which is quick and easy to make and is tasty and filling to eat. It is a dish which is filled with the goodness of corns.
Nutritional Benefits:
Corns are rich in dietary fiber, Vitamin B12. They are also fair source of folic acid and iron, thus help in production of red blood cells. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, iron and folic acid levels which is good for your vision.
Ingredients
- 20 grams red bell pepper
- 20 grams carrot
- 20 grams onion
- 10 grams milk
- 10 grams boiled sweet corns
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon chat masala
- Ginger garlic paste
- 5 grams oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method
- Heat oil in a sauce pan.
- Chop all the vegetables, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and sautee onions in the oil until translucent.
- Add red bell peppers, carrot and milk into it.
- Simmer for few minutes and add all the spices as per taste.
- Now blend this mixture into a fine paste.
- Now add this queso in pan and add water if required to adjust consistency.
- Meanwhile preheat the oven at 375.f.
- Spread boiled corns on the baking tray and cover them with the queso.
- Bake for around 30 minutes.
- Your Corn queso is ready, serve it with breads or your salads.
