For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 80 grams cottage cheese
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 10 grams walnuts (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
