For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams plain curd
- 100 grams diced cucumber
- 100 grams diced tomatoes
- 50 grams diced bell pepper
- 50 grams grated carrots
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and grated carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the plain curd until smooth. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and chaat masala, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the curd dressing over the chopped vegetables and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
