Crunchy Multi Seed Crisps

Crunchy Multiseed Crisps are a delightful, nutrient-packed snack perfect for munching on their own or pairing with dips. Made with a mix of seeds and whole wheat flour, these crisps are seasoned with garlic and paprika for an extra flavor kick.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 15 grams flaxseeds
- 15 grams pumpkin seeds
- 15 grams sunflower seeds
- 10 grams sesame seeds
- 30 grams whole wheat flour (or any preferred flour)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Water
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flour, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the dry mixture. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms. The dough should be firm but not sticky.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out evenly to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Remove the top layer of parchment and cut the rolled dough into desired shapes (squares, triangles, or strips).
- Transfer the parchment with the dough onto a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Once baked, let the crisps cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
