Cucumber Dip

This refreshing cucumber dip pairs creamy Greek yogurt with cool cucumber, garlic, and a hint of coriander, making it a versatile and light addition to any snack or meal. Perfect as a dip or a spread, it brings a burst of freshness to your palate.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams grated cucumber
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove finely minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Procedure:

  • Grate the cucumber and gently squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
  • In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and coriander.
  • Add black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil for added richness if desired.
  • Chill the dip for 10–15 minutes for the flavors to meld, then serve with fresh veggies, pita bread, or crackers.
