Cucumber Dip

This refreshing cucumber dip pairs creamy Greek yogurt with cool cucumber, garlic, and a hint of coriander, making it a versatile and light addition to any snack or meal. Perfect as a dip or a spread, it brings a burst of freshness to your palate.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams grated cucumber
- 100 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 clove finely minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Procedure:
- Grate the cucumber and gently squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and coriander.
- Add black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil for added richness if desired.
- Chill the dip for 10–15 minutes for the flavors to meld, then serve with fresh veggies, pita bread, or crackers.
