This custard apple smoothie is a delicious and nutritious treat that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings naturally. Blending custard apple with ripe banana and yogurt creates a creamy texture, while chia seeds add a delightful crunch and a boost of omega-3 fatty acids. This smoothie is free from added sugars, relying on the natural sweetness of fruits for flavor, making it a healthy dessert option.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams custard apple
- 100 grams banana
- 150 grams yogurt
- 50 ml milk
- 15 grams raisins
- 15 grams chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the custard apple, banana, yogurt, almond milk, raisins, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract,, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if desired.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of chia seeds or a few pieces of diced custard apple if you like.
