Date Bites

Date Bites are quick, no-bake treats packed with natural sweetness and a rich, nutty flavor. Made with Medjool dates, cocoa, and crunchy walnuts, they’re perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams pitted Medjool dates
- 30 grams walnuts
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
- In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and nuts. Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Add cocoa powder, shredded coconut, salt, and vanilla extract (if using). Pulse a few times until everything is evenly mixed.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- If desired, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut or cocoa powder for a decorative touch.
- Place the date bites in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
