Date Bites

Date Bites are quick, no-bake treats packed with natural sweetness and a rich, nutty flavor. Made with Medjool dates, cocoa, and crunchy walnuts, they’re perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams pitted Medjool dates
  • 30 grams walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

  • In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and nuts. Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  • Add cocoa powder, shredded coconut, salt, and vanilla extract (if using). Pulse a few times until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  • If desired, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut or cocoa powder for a decorative touch.
  • Place the date bites in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
