Black Jamun Mousse is a refreshing and creamy dessert that highlights the unique flavor of black jamun. This mousse combines the tartness of black jamun with the rich creaminess of Greek yogurt, enhanced by the natural sweetness of dates and the bright touch of lemon juice. Chia seeds are incorporated to give the mousse a delightful, pudding-like texture. Served chilled and garnished with fresh mint leaves, this mousse is a perfect blend of fruity and creamy, making for an elegant yet simple dessert.

Ingredients:
- 150 grams peeled and pitted black jamun
- 100 grams Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons mashed dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- Blend the black jamun into a smooth puree using a blender or food processor.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with the jamun puree.
Stir in chia seeds, natural sweetener, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well. - Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1-2 hours to allow the chia seeds to thicken the mousse.
- Once set, divide the mousse into serving bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
