Cinnamon Chia and Oats Pudding is a creamy and satisfying dessert or breakfast option. This recipe combines rolled oats and chia seeds with the warm flavors of ground cinnamon and vanilla, creating a deliciously thick and pudding-like texture. The mixture is refrigerated overnight, allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb the milk and develop a smooth consistency. Ideal for a make-ahead meal, this pudding can be customized with your favorite toppings, adding extra texture and flavor.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 300 ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
- Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds and oats will absorb the liquid and thicken, creating a pudding-like consistency.
- Before serving, stir the pudding well. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
