Dark Knight Chia Pudding is a nutritious treat that blends the rich flavours of raw cocoa with the creamy texture of chia pudding. The cocoa powder imparts a deep chocolatey taste, while honey adds a touch of natural sweetness. With fresh berries on top, this pudding is not only visually appealing but also packs a burst of fruity freshness. This easy-to-make dessert is perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings while maintaining a health-conscious approach.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 30 grams chia seeds
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 40 grams fresh berries
Procedure:
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, cocoa powder, and almond milk. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumping.
- Mix in honey and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Once the pudding has set, stir it well and divide it into serving bowls.
Top with fresh berries before serving.
