For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 60 grams shredded coconut
  • 30 grams desiccated coconut
  • 30 grams coconut flour
  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter (for homemade)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons water

Procedure:

  • In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, desiccated coconut, and coconut flour.
  • Add the mashed banana, almond butter, and vanilla extract.  Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until it holds together when pressed.
