Watermelon Yogurt Pops are a refreshing and nutritious treat perfect for hot days. This simple and vibrant recipe combines juicy watermelon wedges drizzled with creamy Greek yogurt, topped with a medley of fresh fruits and crunchy nuts, then frozen to create a delicious and cooling snack.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams Greek yoghurt
- 150 grams watermelon (about 1/4 of a small watermelon)
- 100 grams mixed fruits (such as pomegranate seeds, chopped mango, blueberry, kiwifruit, and strawberry)
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
Procedure:
- Use baking paper to line a baking pan.
- Watermelon should be cut into 2-3 wedges. Insert the ice cube sticks.
- Yoghurt should be drizzled over the watermelon in the tray.
- Add mixed fruits and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours and serve.
