DIY Electrolyte Drink

This DIY Electrolyte Drink is a refreshing and natural way to replenish lost electrolytes after exercise or a hot day. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
